1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lokyn (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lokyn is an AI-powered fitness and nutrition coaching application that provides personalized meal plans, workout programs, and AI coaching. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Medical Advice

Important: Lokyn is a fitness coaching tool, not a medical service. The meal plans, workout programs, and AI coaching responses are not medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access another user's data
• Use bots or scripts to abuse the AI coach
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Premium Subscriptions & Refunds

Lokyn offers both free and premium features. Free tier includes 5 AI coach messages per day. Premium includes unlimited AI coaching, full meal plans, and all workout features.

Refund Policy

• Monthly subscription: No refunds are available for monthly subscriptions once purchased.
• 3-month subscription: You have 7 days from the purchase date to request a refund. After 7 days, no refunds are available. If you request a refund within the 7-day window, you will be refunded for the unused days only — the days you already used the Service will not be refunded.
• To request a refund, contact support@staylokyn.com within the 7-day window.

7. AI-Generated Content & Third-Party AI

Coaching responses are generated by a third-party AI service (Z.ai GLM). When you chat with the AI coach, your messages and fitness data are sent to this third-party service to generate responses.

Lokyn is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. You use all AI-generated content at your own risk.

8. Assumption of Risk & No Liability

You assume all risk when using Lokyn. Lokyn, its owners, employees, and affiliates are NOT responsible for any injuries, health issues, accidents, or damages that may occur as a result of using the Service.

• Injuries from workouts or exercises
• Health issues from following meal plans or nutrition advice
• Allergic reactions or dietary issues from recommended foods
• Any harm from AI-generated coaching responses
• Data loss, service interruptions, or technical issues

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
